Childbirth Education Classes

I am so delighted to be offering childbirth education classes to my Santa Barbara community! I have created a two class series that covers everything from what labor looks like and how to work through it, to breastfeeding, postpartum and more! This class is for everyone! Whether you are planning to give birth in a hospital, birth center or are planning a home birth - this space is meant to be inclusive and empowering for you.
